Hedge Chart: 2m bars, PT timezone, SMA20+SMA200 defaults

Replaced 1m/3m/5m chart intervals with single 2m chart. Fetches 3 days of 1m Schwab data and aggregates to 2m client-side (1 day expires on weekends). Changed default indicators from SMA20+SMA50 to SMA20+SMA200. Fixed intraday timestamps to display in Pacific Time instead of UTC (market open shows as 6:30 AM PT). All deployed to prod.
