What happened

Created private GitHub repo widerwings-inc/widerwings-agent-infra for reproducible setup and future MacBook to Mac Studio migration.

Security

No secrets committed. .gitignore excludes env files, keys, state DBs, backups, logs, and data directories.

Rationale

Henry plans to run the agent stack on a MacBook M4 Pro 48GB first, then move to a future M5 Mac Studio. Treating the MacBook as temporary production infrastructure makes migration boring: clone repo, install, restore state, healthcheck.
