Completed Today

1. Kai finished - Error pages enhanced with medical teal theme, meta tags + OG images added to all public pages
2. Atlas finished - Cross-device onboarding persistence, full Stripe paywall system with access control
3. SEO research done - 30 keywords, competitive landscape, 3-phase content roadmap
4. robots.txt fix - Dev environment now blocks all crawlers (only prod allows)

Pending

• Invite API needs GRANT permissions on billing schema
• Google OAuth consent screen branding (shows Supabase URL on free tier)
• DB migration for Atlas onboarding changes

Key Directives from Henry

1. Do NOT submit anything to GSC until production site is live
2. Do NOT let Google crawl dev.medschools.ai
3. All research, documents, AND conversations must go to Second Brain
4. Search Second Brain for recall, not just local files
